These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and stay at Shree Aksharam Guest House, located at D 35/239, Jangamwadi Rd, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001. By making a reservation with us — by phone, WhatsApp, our website or a travel partner — you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & Reservations

Reservation requests made via WhatsApp, phone or our booking form are confirmed once our team replies with a confirmation. Rates are quoted per room, per night and may vary by season, demand and festival dates. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, as required by Indian law.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Our front desk operates 24/7. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request and are subject to availability and possible additional charges.

Payments

Payment may be collected at check-in or in advance for certain dates. Bookings made through Booking.com or Agoda are also subject to that platform's payment and confirmation policies.

Cancellations & No-shows

Cancellation terms depend on the rate and dates booked and will be communicated at the time of confirmation. No-shows may be charged for the first night. For bookings made through a travel partner, that partner's cancellation policy applies.

House Rules

We request guests to respect the peaceful, family-friendly nature of the property and the spiritual neighbourhood around Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Visitors not registered as guests may not be permitted in rooms. The management is not responsible for valuables left unattended.

Liability

Shree Aksharam Guest House is not liable for any loss, injury or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, temple/ghat schedules, transport disruptions or acts of authorities.
